Angelo Balsamo oltre ad essere presidente del TCN, è membro del Comites (co-optato), tesoriere della Federazione delle associazioni e club siciliani in Ontario, presidente dell'associazione cattolica S. Rosalia, patrona di Delia ed è insignito del cavalierato di Malta.
